Pointwise (not just `L¹`) growth of the heat kernel's iterated derivatives

Milestone 2 of Track A (`STONE_GENERATOR_EXISTENCE_PLAN.md`): `gardingVectorAt_hasDerivAt` (`GenericGardingKernel.lean`) needs, for `k := iteratedDeriv n (gaussianKernel ε)`, a **local pointwise** domination bound on `k' = iteratedDeriv (n+1) (gaussianKernel ε)` near a shift `x` in a bounded neighborhood of `0` — materially different from `GaussianKernelGrowth.lean`'s *global* `L¹`-norm bound on `iteratedDeriv n (gaussianKernel ε)` itself. This file supplies that pointwise bound, via a simple coefficient-sum estimate on Hermite polynomials (weaker than, and much easier than, the `L¹` growth-rate estimate already proved) combined with `gaussianKernel_iteratedDeriv_eq`'s closed form.

Main results

- `hermite_aeval_le_poly_growth` : `|Hₙ(y)| ≤ Cₙ (1+|y|)ⁿ` for an explicit `n`-dependent constant. - `gaussianKernel_iteratedDeriv_shift_bound` : the local domination bound needed by `gardingVectorAt_hasDerivAt`, generalizing `gaussianKernel_deriv_shift_bound` to every order.

The derivative of the nn-th derivative of the Gaussian kernel is its (n+1)(n+1)-th derivative

Let Kε(t)=(πε)−1/2e−t2/εK_\varepsilon(t) = (\pi \varepsilon)^{-1/2} e^{-t^2/\varepsilon} be the Gaussian kernel. For any natural number nn, any ε>0\varepsilon > 0, and any t∈Rt \in \mathbb{R}, the nn-th iterated derivative of the Gaussian kernel, Kε(n)K_\varepsilon^{(n)}, is differentiable at tt with derivative Kε(n+1)(t)K_\varepsilon^{(n+1)}(t).

Let HH be a complex Hilbert space and U:R→L(H)U: \mathbb{R} \to \mathcal{L}(H) be a map such that for every t∈Rt \in \mathbb{R}, U(t)U(t) is a unitary operator, and for every ξ∈H\xi \in H, the map t↦U(t)ξt \mapsto U(t)\xi is continuous. Derivative of the Gårding vector path for the nn-th iterated derivative of the Gaussian kernel

Let HH be a complex Hilbert space and U:R→L(H)U: \mathbb{R} \to \mathcal{L}(H) be a strongly continuous one-parameter group of unitary operators, satisfying U(s+t)=U(s)U(t)U(s + t) = U(s)U(t) and U(t)∈U(H)U(t) \in \mathcal{U}(H) for all s,t∈Rs, t \in \mathbb{R}. For a given ε>0\varepsilon > 0, let gε(t)=(πε)−1/2e−t2/εg_\varepsilon(t) = (\pi \varepsilon)^{-1/2} e^{-t^2/\varepsilon} denote the Gaussian kernel, and let gε(n)g_\varepsilon^{(n)} denote its nn-th derivative. For any vector ψ∈H\psi \in H, let ϕn\phi_n be the Gårding vector defined by ϕn=∫−∞∞gε(n)(t)U(t)ψ dt\phi_n = \int_{-\infty}^{\infty} g_\varepsilon^{(n)}(t) U(t)\psi \, dt. Then the map s↦U(s)ϕns \mapsto U(s)\phi_n is differentiable at s=0s=0 with derivative dds(U(s)ϕn)∣s=0=−∫−∞∞gε(n+1)(u)U(u)ψ du.\left. \frac{d}{ds} (U(s)\phi_n) \right|_{s=0} = - \int_{-\infty}^{\infty} g_\varepsilon^{(n+1)}(u) U(u)\psi \, du.
